Hello Homeowners,

We have just been notified that there is a water main break near the intersection of Maine and Maryland.  At this time, we have not been told the streets or homes that are affected by this interruption.  This is an unplanned event and is not related to the planned interruption this past Monday to replace a hydrant.  Work crews from the City Public Works Department are on site working on the problem and we have been informed they expect to have service restored by the end of the day.  However there will likely be a boil water order issued for residents subjected to the interruption.  These are usually delivered individually to the affected homes.
