Motion by Randy and seconded by Chris to reimburse Patty, $31.50 for the Press Republican yard sale ad ($11.50 over original authorization) and Mary Canales for $10.78, for mulch for flowers around the flagpole and sign. Ad was more than first quote due to community ad, as opposed to single. All voted in favor.
