Resolution by Board to approve purchase of new mail kiosks – 7/10/18

The board came up with two motions, after some discussion, which are subject to post office approval. 1. Tom made a motion to purchase kiosk model #6-3WSPH (15` -0` by 7` by 5`) for $7560 each (plus applicable taxes) from Handi-Hut. Price includes shipping. The motion was seconded by Linda and all voted in favor. 2. Tom then made a motion to purchase 4 of the kiosks with 4 walls. Three of the kiosks will remain in their current locations, Iowa, Dakota & and Maryland. The one on Maine and Maryland (near NY Rd. entrance) will be relocated to the open area near 27 Maryland. Linda seconded the motion. The board voted 5-1 in favor with Chris voting no.
