Resolution by Board on approval process for door colors – 7/24/18

A work order must be submitted to the property manager for either a new door or for painting, if other than white. He has the authorization to approve, if the new door is a factory manufactured color or finish. For a door being painted, the work request must be submitted with the name of the color or catalog # and a swatch. If color is in question, the work request will be submitted to the building committee. The motion was made by Tom and seconded by Don. All voted in favor.
