Resolution by Board to draw up contract for meter modules service – 7/24/18

Tom had emailed the board Schedule A of the contract for inspection and maintenance of the electric modules. After discussion Peter made a motion which Tom seconded to draw up a contract for service and maintenance of the electric meter modules and send it out for bid. Contract will be for Maine Road and the cul- de- sacs of Alana and Catlin. All voted in favor.
