Resolution by Board to negotiate contract for cement curb repair – 9/18/18

We have received a quote from Northern Basement Systems in the amount of $11,650.00, breakdown as follows $2,400.00 removal of 6 sections of curb and $9,250.00 for lifting of 50 slabs. Tom has made some minor changes to their proposed contract. He asked the board for a motion to go forward with the dollar amount and the authorization to negotiate a contract with the minor contract changes. Randy made the motion and Linda seconded. All voted in favor.
