Resolution by Board to award contract to Cordless Construction – 9/18/18

After some discussion, Linda made a motion to award the contract to Cordless Construction in the amount of $15,180 to replace 56 porch post on Kansas and Iowa and Randy seconded. All voted in favor. Chris then added a friendly amendment to the motion, adding the price not exceed $15,180.00 and Randy seconded. Four voted in favor with Don abstaining.
