Resolution by Board to prepare document for HOA Credit Card – 10/2/18

A motion by Peter and seconded by Randy to prepare necessary documentation for the bank, stating the guarantor not be an individual, but the corporation. This is to change our credit card from a business to a corporate card. Four voted in favor. Tom abstained.
