Resolution by Board to accept protocol for approval and payment of bills by the Treasurer – 10/16/18

In accordance with the recommendations of the HOA attorney in a letter adopted by the Board at the January 19, 2016 meeting, and after review by the board individually and in a separate meeting of the whole committee, a written recommendation was offered by the Treasurer for adoption. Motion by Randy and seconded by Chris to accept the written protocol for approval and payment of HOA bills offered by the Treasurer be adopted to provide consistency and guidance for future boards.
