Resolution by Board to approve owner requests for vinyl fencing – 10/16/18

Motion by Tom and seconded by Don to approve a vinyl fence for the backyard at 101 Maryland. All in favor. Motion by Peter and seconded by Linda to allow vinyl fence on two sides of front entrance at 101 Maryland with condition it resemble similar entrances. 4 voted in favor. Tom nay. Chris abstained. Motion by Tom and seconded by Chris to approve a vinyl fence to be installed in backyard at 1 Maine. All in favor.
