Resolution by Board –
Contractor is requesting a spring finish date of April 30, 2019. Tom made a motion to extend the contract date from March 15 to April 30, 2019, which was seconded by Randy. All in favor. Suggestion was made to get an actual count of remaining porch post in the village.
