Resolution by Board on various kiosk locations – 2/5/19

New York Rd. and Maine: Motion by Tom to move kiosk to open area near 27 Maryland, to back of the existing pad, away from street but with opening to street. Seconded by Randy. 3 Yea’s; 1 Nay-Tom

Iowa: New boxes has been installed. Motion by Tom to leave kiosk on existing pad, move to back of pad, away from street, but with opening to street. Randy seconded.. 3 Yea’s; 1 Nay-Tom

Maryland (across from 154 Maryland): Motion by Tom to keep kiosk in same general location, but pour an addition to pad, locate to back of pad away from street but with opening to street. Second by Randy. 3 Yea’s; 1 Nay-Tom

Maine & Kentucky: New boxes have been installed. Tom made a motion to move kiosk to north side of Dakota, but on Maine Road, open area in front of 66. New pad to be poured on HOA property with kiosk at back of pad away from street with opening to street. 3 Yea’s; 1 Abstain-Patty

Motion by Tom to authorize the President to send a letter to the City of Plattsburgh notifying them of proposed kiosks changes.

Motion to authorize our attorney to intercede on behalf of the HOA with regard to kiosk letter to the city. Motion was seconded by Don. All in favor.

On February 1, 2019, Tom sent an email to the post master with details and sketches of proposed changes.
