Resolution by Board to pay contractor for plugged line – 2/5/19

27 Maine – Board discussed who was responsible for $680.00 bill due to plugged line. This is the 3rd bill is a very short period of time for same problem. Curtis had the plumber put a camera down the line this time and it was clear. Could be a possible pitch problem which will need to be addressed in the spring. As this is an outside issue, the board decided it was our responsibility. Tom made a motion, seconded by Randy, to pay Bob’s Instant Plumbing $680.00. All voted in favor.
