Resolution by Board to authorize pursuing legal action regarding Roof contractor – 5/28/19

Roofing-Chris Thomas: Tom Murnane has sent a letter to Chris regarding leaking roofs the HOA has had to have repaired by another contractor. Tom has received nothing in writing, and is suggesting we take legal action at this time. Motion by Randy, seconded by Peter, to authorize Tom Murnane to proceed with legal action against Chris Thomas. All voted in favor.
