58 Maryland – work request to install two windows on street level in the brick area. Tom made a motion to allow 58 Maryland to installed two windows, in the brick, at street level. Don seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

133 Maryland – work request to install two windows to replace three. Peter made a motion, seconded by Linda, to deny 133 Maryland to replace three windows with two. All voted in favor.

62 Maryland – work request to add a screened porch to front entrance. Motion by Randy, seconded by Don, to decline 62 Maryland to add a screen porch to front entrance. All voted in favor.
