Resolution by Board to approve three procedures for authorizing expenses – 8/15/19

Tom made three procedure motions as follows regarding procedures for authorizing routine expenses, emergency expenses and attorney expenses.  Routine was seconded by Peter and emergency and attorney were seconded by Randy.   All in favor. Procedures are included in 8/15/19 Meeting Minutes.
