Resolution by Board to accept application from Mike McKinnon – 8/5/19

New Board Member: Mike McKinnon, a Maryland homeowner, has filled out an application for our open board seat. Peter made a motion to accept Mike McKinnon for the open board seat to replace Chris Chandler. The term is for two years. Randy seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
