Resolution by Board to approve request for roof penetration for bathroom vent – 9/16/19

A work request from 6 Maine to have a second-floor bathroom vented through the roof. Tom made a motion to approve a roof penetration for a bathroom vent provided it is done by an insured contractor and the homeowner signs the work request assuming responsibility for any damage or leaks. Peter seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
