Hello Homeowners!

Our electrical contractor, KAR Electric plans to begin the next phase of maintenance of our electric meter modules on Monday, October 7. Weather permitting they will be inspecting, cleaning and repairing as needed the electrical equipment associated with the electric meters located on the end of each building. They will performing this service for 30 buildings beginning at 16 Maryland and working south along Maryland.

Each building will be subjected to a short electrical outage of about 30 to 60 minutes to allow this work to be performed safely. If anyone has a reason why an outage of this type cannot be tolerated, please let our Property Manager know.
