Resolution by Board to approve tree trimming at 40 Kansas – 10/14/19

Peter made a motion to have Harts trim the tree at 40 Kansas, remove the burning bush and relocate the two spruce trees at the expense of the HOA. Linda seconded the motion. The vote was 4 yea and 3 nay-Tom, Don, and Randy. Randy made a motion to remove stones from area around the tree at HOA expense when burning bush is being removed. Peter seconded the motion. Motion was passed with 1 nay-Tom.
