Resolution by Board to approve payment to Alexander Edwards for tax returns and Annual Review – 2/24/20

Tom made the motion, seconded by Peter, to pay Alexander Edwards the amount of $2000.00, partial payment, for our tax returns and the Annual Review which covers from July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019. All voted in favor.

Accountants Annual Review: The review was for the fiscal year covering the period July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019. Tom made the motion we accept the Annual Review covering the period July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019 submitted by Alexander Edwards, with the exception of the statement in Note 8 regarding Intercompany Borrowing/Transfers. Peter seconded the motion.
