Resolution by Board to approve homeowners request for Central Air Ductless with caveat – 5/25/20

3 Alana & 52 Maryland Central Air Ductless Work Request: Tom raised the issues of electrical capacity, attachments to the exterior and location of the compressors. After discussion, a motion was made by Peter, seconded by Mike, to approve the work requests subject to the contractor providing a statement that there is adequate capacity in the 100 AMP service. Motion passed with Tom in the negative.
