Resolution denied by Board to place fence on HOA common area – 5/25/20

24 Louisiana Fence Variance: Homeowner requested approval to place a fence on HOA common area. Tom explained the Prospectus does not allow the board this authority. Tom made a motion, Linda seconded, to deny the request of homeowner at 24 Louisiana to place a fence on HOA common area. All voted in favor.
