Resolution by Board to negotiate request by builder to remove tree at corner of Iowa and Kansas – 6/22/20

The pine tree on corner of Iowa and Kansas was requested to be removed by builder. Curtis explained issue. Motion by Peter and seconded by Randy to allow Curtis to negotiate the removal of the tree by either the builder or homeowner in exchange for planting replacement trees. Curtis will speak with Builder and/or Homeowner.
