Resolution by Board to approve work requests for garage door, A/C units, sliding glass doors and windows – 7/13/20

31 Kansas requested to replace garage door and add mulch ring around tree. Motion by Peter and seconded by Randy to allow replacing of garage door and adding mulch ring around tree.

97 Maine requested to install ductless A/C unit, paint exterior door and install lattice fence in front to deter people from driving on yard area. A/C unit and painting of door approved.

45 Maryland requested to remove and replace A/C unit. Approved.

8 Iowa replacing sliding back door and 5 windows. Approved as long as windows are like same.
