New Board Members Announced

Hello Homeowners!

On June 30th, the terms of Directors Patty Jaehn, Don Miller, Peter Hayden and Randy Lamora expired. Randy and Peter consented to run for additional two-year terms but Patty and Don, although they plan to continue to serve on various committees, decided to retire from the board after 4 years of exceptional service. We will miss them and thank them for all they have done for your HOA. At that time, Ron Deragon submitted an application to run for the board. Due to Covid 19 and the inability to hold meetings at the very time when elections preparations would be needed and because we had fewer candidates than vacancies, the decision was made to accept Peter, Randy and Ron’s applications without an election. Therefore, these folks were appointed to two-year terms beginning July 1, 2020.

However we continued to have a vacancy on the board. On July 17, an application to fill this vacancy was received from Jennifer Dyer and at the August 10th meeting, her application was unanimously approved by the board. Therefore, beginning August 24, 2020, Jennifer will officially became the 7th member of your Board of Directors. Her term will be coincident with the other directors who began their terms on July 1st.

Both Ron and Jennifer are well qualified to serve on your board. Ron is a long term resident of the Village and a successful Real Estate Agent who through his real estate career has become very familiar with our townhouses and the workings of the HOA. Jen is a Special Education and math teacher who has expressed a desire to listen to problems, research information and advocate for the homeowners while keeping in mind the principles of the HOA.

Please join us in welcoming these fine folks to your Board of Directors!
