Resolution by Board to approve rollover of CDs – 8/24/20

Tom informed board that he would like to rollover CD’s that we have in account. Tom made motion to rollover 6-$25,000 that are maturing next month, with additional funds from our money market fund to purchase 6-$50,000 CD’s effective September 21, 2020. Motion was seconded by Linda. All members voted in favor. Motion carried.
