Resolution by Board to approve modified HOA vs Homeowner Responsibilities Document – 12/14/20

HOA vs Homeowner responsibilities discussed. Tom made a motion to adopt the
document as created and modified in several committee of the whole meetings, as it clarifies parts of the Declaration that the Board found to be unclear/ambiguous. Seconded by Linda. All in favor. Motion passed.
