Resolution by Board to allow more than one Satellite Dish per unit – 3/8/21

Discussion to increase number of satellite dishes allowed on units. Some residences are using a second dish for internet services. However, it is the homeowner’s responsibility of the satellite dish to include installation and/or removal of the dish and any damage to the dish or the building that the dish may cause. Motion by Randy to allow a second dish on homeowner’s unit and allow property manager to approve and seconded by Mike. All in favor. Motion passed.

Motion made by Tom to allow Property Manager to make decisions on satellite dishes without board approval. 2nd by Mike. All in favor. Motion Passed.
