Resolution by Board to add to the Director Eligibility Rule – 4/12/21

Tom made a motion to add the following wording to the Resolution on Director Eligibility:

Therefore, the Board hereby establishes the following rules and regulations regarding Eligibility of serving on the Board of Directors:

1. All resident Members of the Association are eligible to serve as a Director.

2. All Non-Resident Members of the Association are eligible to serve as a Director, provided:

a. their principal place of residence is within the bounds of Clinton County, NY, and

b. their owned unit is occupied by a family member not identified as a “renter” as defined in Association rules in effect at the time. Mike seconded the motion. All board members voted in favor. Motion passed.
