Resolution by Board to allow Property Manager to approve antennas – April 26, 2021

Randy made motion to allow property manager to make decision of TV antenna issue. Jen seconded the motion. After discussion on this issue, Tom did not think the property manager should make this decision, that it should be left up to the board. Tom requested a roll call vote on this motion. The 6-board members that were present voted the following way:

Jen, Ron, Mike, Randy and Peter voted YES to allow Property Manager to make the decision on this issue. Tom voted no. Motion passed 5 to 1.
