Resolution by Board to accept annual expense guidelines – 7/12/21

To allow Property Manager to spend up to $500 in certain accounts without consultation from board for Routine maintenance and up to $1000 for emergency repairs in certain accounts without consultation from board.

To authorize spending on uncontested expenses, for the example of all taxes. Also, for utility bills, water sewer.
Tom made motion to accept the resolutions, as we have in the past. Randy seconded the motion. All Board members voted in favor. Motion passed.
