Resolution by Board to allow owner to keep A/C in window until end of season – 8/9/2021
Peter made a motion to allow owner at 1 Caitlin to keep A/C in window, but must conform to HOA Regulations beginning in 2022. Tom seconded the motion. Motion passed.
