Resolution by Board to approve payment for mulch at Maryland kiosk – 8/23/21

Tom raised concerns about the mulch that was purchased for the area by the Kiosk on Maryland, that the property manager did have authorization to purchase the mulch; but not 3 consecutive times. Peter informed Tom that he gave property manager authorization for the purchase of mulch to finish the area that was being landscaped. Tom made motion to pay $350 for the purchase of mulch. Seconded by Linda. All in favor. Motion carried.
