The question of replacing all wood fences bordering lots with vinyl fences will be put before the entire membership at a Special Meeting of the Members on September 27th. In the meantime, the Board has been working to prepare contract specifications for the new fences to save time if the measure passes so that all necessary pieces can be in place for a Spring start. At the September 13th meeting, the board is scheduled to review and approve these specifications which include details such as color, style and height. Homeowners interested in these details are encouraged to attend. The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM at the North Country Alliance Church on Northern Ave and New York Rd.
