The votes for the proposition to replace all wood fences surrounding lots with vinyl fences have been counted and certified and here are the official results.

174 households voted in favor of the proposition.

79 households voted against

4 households voted to abstain.

This means a total of 257 of you voted, a remarkable 79% of eligible voters, well above the 163 needed for a valid quorum! And over two-thirds of the votes cast were in favor of the project!

The board wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all owners who cast a vote in this first-of-it’s-kind vote of all Members. They are now moving forward with the next steps in the project.
