Resolution by Board to pay $2500 deposit to start fencing financing process – 9/27/2010

Since fence vote was passed and certified, Tom made motion to make the deposit of $2500 for underwriter’s fees, to Meadows Bank to start the financing process for the fencing. Mike seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
