Resolution by Board to approve $350 invoice from Alexander and Edwards – 10/11/2021
Alexander and Edwards, our accounting firm, submitted a bill for $350 for filing and extension on our taxes. Motion by Tom to pay $350 to Alexander and Edwards and seconded by Linda. All in favor. Motion passed.
