Resolution made by Board to approve Change Order for repairs to roofs on 37 Maine, 27 Kansas, 4 Alana and 57 Maryland – 10/25/2021

Tom made a motion to approve, pursuant to Change Order number 2 to the contract of New Age Roofing, since each repair will be over $1,000, to the roofs at 37 Maine, 27 Kansas, 4 Alana and 57 Maryland. Ron seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
