Randy made a motion to have bid packets along with all pertinent information to be sent out. Ron seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried. Linda made motion to send out packets using 2 day Priority Mail for an approximate cost of $200. Randy seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
