Resolution by Board to add to Clarification “Guidelines” for responsibility for attachments on property – 12/27/2021
Tom made a motion and Melissa seconded to add to the Clarification Guidelines that any item that interferes with maintenance of HOA property, including any attachments, trees, shrubs, patio pavers, gutters, etc. even if attachments are in back yards, will be the homeowners’ responsibility and expense to have items removed and/or reinstalled for maintenance purposes. All in favor. Motion passed.
