Tom made a motion to approve invoice from Alexander Edwards for $1500 for tax services and $1,096.20 to homeowner for roof repair at 31 Maryland, and to deny reimbursement to 14 Maryland for sewer issue and Bobs Instant Plumbing for washer valve. All motions passed.
