Resolution by Board to waiver late fees for dues for month of July 2022 – 5/9/2022

Proposal to grant waiver of late fees. Dues to be increased to $215, effective July 1,2022. Tom made motion to waive any late fees for the first month, in the event that homeowners pay the old amount of $205, in error. But must pay corrected amount in next payment. This applies to only the homeowners that don’t have auto pay. Mike seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
