Resolution by Board to deny request to install a cement pad at 2 Baltimore – 5/9/2022

Tom made motion to deny 2 Baltimore to pour cement near garage area. Seconded by Melissa. All
in favor. Motion passed. Tom clarified that that Board has allowed pavers in that area in the
past but not cement, in the event that area had to be dug up for water, sewer, etc. it’s at
owner’s expense.
