Resolution by Board to approve request to install retractable awning – 5/9/2022

Owner at 29 Kansas requested to install a retractable awning. Randy made motion to allow the
retractable awning to be installed by a professional company with the understanding that if
awning has to be removed for maintenance on siding, soffit, facia it will be at homeowner’s
expense. Linda seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
