Resolution by Board to borrow from reserve fund for fence payment – 6/13/2022

Tom discussed fence loan. Peter made motion that we authorize the treasurer to borrow money from reserve funds to pay fencing bill that could come due for the month of June and to restore funds back into reserve once closing is completed. Seconded by Linda. All in favor. Motion passed.
