Resolution by Board to fine owner for violation – 6/13/2022

At August 2021 meeting, Homeowner was allowed to keep plywood in window, but had to be complying with HOA regulations by May 1,2022. Homeowner has failed to comply. Fine discussed. Motion by Peter to access a fine of $200, in accordance with resolution establishing policy for rule enforcement which became effective December 1, 2010, for noncompliance of violation. Seconded by Tom. All in favor. Motion passed.
