Resolution by Board to approve owner repairing gap bygarage door – 6/13/2022

Work Request #319 from 84 Maryland to repair gap, at his own cost, between driveway and garage door to get proper seal to stop rainwater from going into garage. Motion by Peter to allow homeowner, at his own cost, to repair area to assure to a proper seal. Seconded by Ron. All in favor. Motion passed.
