The fence project will be completed soon and it’s time to look ahead at keeping the new fences looking their best. Although the HOA is responsible for fence maintenance and replacement, you are responsible for cleaning. The board has received information regarding the care and maintenance of the new vinyl fences from the manufacturer and the contractor including some do’s and don’ts in order to preserve our warranty.
