The Board of Directors at their September meeting decided to put the contract(s) for landscaping and snow removal out for competitive bidding as these contracts have not been let for bid for over a decade. It was decided it is simply sound business practice to test the market to get the best possible terms for our homeowners. Accordingly, the following advertisement appeared in the Legal Classifieds of the October 28 issue of The Sun.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Lake Country Village is seeking bids for Lawn Care and Snow Removal. The Lawn Care is for the 2024 season and Snow Removal for the 2024-2025 season. You can request a copy of the intended contract by emailing the board secretary at Rond@lcvillage.org. All bids must be received by November 20th, 2023.
